- Supervise and mentor area sales managers and teams across multiple geographies.
- Drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve regional business objectives. Act as a bridge between corporate leadership and area teams.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for liability products.
- Lead recruitment, training and guidance of Area Sales Managers and Officers to achieve budgets and incentives.
- Deliver quality liability accounts to strengthen the retail book.
- Ensure team productivity, cross-sell assets and third-party products, monitor market trends and policy changes, assist vertical head in product design and implement regulatory requirements.
- Drive regional sales campaigns, customer engagement activities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
