Regional Sales Manager - WEST - B2B SaaS
Full time | 70k base + uncapped commissions | Remote - USA | Individual Contributor
We're looking for a full-cycle B2B SaaS closer who gets fired up by new logo hunting, doesn't need hand-holding on prospecting, and ideally knows what a Davis-Bacon Act is or is at least curious enough to Google it on the way to their interview.
The ideal candidate has the drive of Gordon Gekko, the good nature of Tommy Boy, and a high tolerance for movie and sports references. If you live to turn a "No" into a "Yes" and want business cards that say bacon on them, keep reading.
This is a pure hunter position. You'll own new logo acquisition across the West region — no renewals, no account management. Just you, a territory full of untapped prospects, and a product that genuinely solves a painful problem for construction and government contractors. If you love the thrill of the close, this is your seat.
About You
- You have 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with a documented track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
- You've sold solutions with an ASP between $10K and $100K ARR and know how to build a business case at that price point.
- Price objections don't rattle you. You reframe value the way a good sommelier sells a $90 bottle — not by apologizing for the price, but by making it obvious.
- You prospect like it's a contact sport. Outbound is not a dirty word to you.
- You ask good discovery questions and care about solving the actual problem, not just running a demo.
- You're a quick study on industry context. HR and payroll operations in the construction space isn't something most people know cold — but you'll learn it fast and use it to your advantage.
Compensation
Base salary: $70,000
On-Target Earnings:
Year 1: $85,000 – $95,000
Year 2: $150,000 – $250,000
Year 3+: $250,000+
Year 1 reflects ramp. By year 2, your territory is built and the pipeline is flowing.
Year 3+ is what happens when you stop planting seeds and start harvesting.
Commissions are uncapped. Your ceiling is yours to set.
