A national audiovisual rental and staging provider is seeking an Outside Sales Executive for a full-time, remote position. This role is home-based and requires approximately 50% travel. Candidates must have sales experience in the AV rental and staging industry.


Overview

The National Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue goals through new business development and account management while identifying opportunities to increase revenue within existing client accounts. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients in the rental and staging industry and driving new equipment sales.

The National Sales Manager will work closely with the Customer Success and Logistics teams and report directly to the Vice President of Sales and the Director of Sales.



Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert prospects and existing clients in the rental and staging market into repeat customers for new equipment purchases. New equipment sales are the primary focus of this role.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products, accessories, and add-ons.
  • Achieve business growth in market share and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect information in the company's CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Participate in activities that support the sales management team as assigned.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients by assisting with interactions involving the Customer Success team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
  • Provide market analysis, competitive intelligence, strategic recommendations, and coaching support as requested.
