- Voice dispatch consoles and critical communications systems
- Telecommunications, IP networking, VoIP, SIP, TCP/IP, LMR, and RF
- Demonstrable experience with DevOPs (Ansible, YAML, etc)
- Experience with Virtualization a plus. (Hyper-V, VMWare, KVM, etc)
- Experience with Windows infrastructure (AD, DC’s, CA, etc) a plus
- Third-party application and system integration
- Technical solution design, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Customer presentations, demonstrations, training, and pre-sales support
- Strong communication both written and oral, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Analogue and Digital design
Education: BSEE or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Cisco certification a plus.
Travel: Approximately 35%–45%.

Skills Required
- Five or more years of experience in sales engineering or a comparable technical role
- Experience with voice dispatch consoles and critical communications systems
- Knowledge of telecommunications, IP networking, VoIP, SIP, TCP/IP, LMR, and RF
- Demonstrable DevOps experience, including Ansible and YAML
- Experience with third-party application and system integration
- Experience with technical solution design, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Customer presentation, demonstration, training, and pre-sales support experience
- Strong written and oral communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Analogue and digital design experience
- BSEE degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, or KVM
- Experience with Windows infrastructure, including Active Directory, domain controllers, and certificate authorities
- Cisco certification
