Position:Regional Sales Director
Position Summary:As a Regional Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by securing new business and expanding relationships with healthcare organizations, including providers, payers, and government entities. This role involves presenting cutting-edge enterprise software solutions, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term, strategic partnerships. You will be integral in helping prospects transition into loyal customers while contributing to the company’s broader mission of transforming healthcare through innovative technology.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead the sales process from initial prospect engagement through to contract negotiation and execution, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
- Solution Presentation & Consultation: Deliver impactful presentations of enterprise software solutions to key decision-makers, effectively demonstrating how our products address critical healthcare challenges.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Identify and understand customer pain points, tailoring solutions that align with their specific business objectives and healthcare needs.
- Objection Handling & Negotiation: Skillfully overcome objections, negotiate terms, and drive complex deals to successful closure, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership.
- Relationship Building & Retention: Foster strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Pipeline Management: Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure a seamless lead handoff, optimize pipeline progression, and maximize conversion rates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align sales strategies with customer requirements, ensuring smooth post-sale execution.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track and manage all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and timely reporting to leadership.
- Market & Competitive Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging healthcare technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s solutions and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within the healthcare technology or SaaS sector.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets, particularly in complex sales environments.
- Expert Negotiator & Communicator: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and build trust.
- Complex Sales Cycle Management: Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments and navigating lengthy, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
- CRM Proficiency: Expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- Adaptability & Results-Driven: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, consistently driving results while adapting to the dynamic needs of the healthcare industry.

The hiring range for this position is:
$133,200.00-$180,900.00
