🧭 Navigating the position: Regional Sales Director
The Regional Sales Director (RSD) for Greece, Cyprus, and Israel will drive regional business success by championing a culture of sales retention, high-impact growth, and collaborative achievement. While managing a select portfolio of two to three critical strategic accounts to lead by example, the RSD’s primary focus will be to elevate and empower the broader sales team.
This includes defining and implementing a structured customer meeting cadence to ensure consistent, premium market engagement across all territories. As a dedicated leader and coach, the RSD will focus heavily on team development, fostering an inclusive environment where continuous knowledge sharing thrives and every team member is equipped to succeed. Through strategic vision, hands-on mentorship, and regional alignment, the Director will build a high-performing ecosystem that secures existing revenue, unlocks new market opportunities, and drives sustained commercial success.

- Direct strategic accounts when required and ensure balanced capacity and coverage across the team.
- Allocate prospect accounts in line with regional growth objectives.

- Oversee territory performance, ensuring targets, forecasts, and profitability goals are achieved.
- Provide clear executive reporting and insight on revenue performance and strategic progress.

- Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline across the team.
- Serve as escalation point for account issues and ensure efficient resolution processes.

Skills Required
- Proven track record in sales, both direct and indirect through agents/distributors
- Experience managing and developing sales teams, including coaching and succession planning
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly literate in standard Microsoft Office software packages
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
- Customer-focused problem solver with strong empathy and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline
