As we continue to expand our cloud and enterprise business globally, we are looking for a Regional Sales Director, West to lead strategic growth across the region, drive business impact, and develop strong customer and partner relationships.

Reporting To: RVP Sales, Americas

Location: TOLA West, US (TX, NM, CO, WY, MT, ID, UT, AZ, NV, WA, OR, CA)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and grow the West sales organization, driving a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
  • Drive regional pipeline growth, revenue execution, and strategic account expansion.
  • Build strong executive relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
  • Lead accurate forecasting and business planning across the region.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver customer impact.
  • Expand and strengthen strategic partner engagement across the territory.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales talent while leading by example.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including regional sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving business growth.
  • Experience selling enterprise cybersecurity or infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong experience working with strategic partners and channel ecosystems.
  • Executive presence and the ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution capabilities.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cloud security, compliance, or network security solutions.
  • Relationships with strategic partners such as Cisco, Optiv, NTT, or Presidio.
  • Spanish fluency

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role at the time of posting is 300,000--320,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, training, and certifications. Candidates whose requirements fall outside this range are still encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or Marketing
  • At least 5 years of successful field management experience in software product companies
  • Deep experience with selling with/through key partners like Cisco, Optiv, NTT, and Presidio
  • Comfort working closely and building relationships with C-Level executives
  • Experience leading a small sales team
  • Dynamic sales professional with at least 10 years of successful experience in direct and channel sales
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quota year on year
  • Experience in generating new business and motivated to exceed targets
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Excellent ability to build rapport and motivate teams
  • Interpersonal communications and presentation skills
  • Up to 50% travel
