1.大专及以上学历，6年以上快消品销售经验，3年以上销售管理经验,有冰淇淋或冷冻品等冷链运输品类经验；
2.拥有专业的经销商管理能力，较强的市场判断及数据分析能力;
3. 良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力, 稳定达成业绩
4.具备良好的数据处理分析能力及谈判技巧
5.良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力,能有效辅导及激励下属，带领团队达成预定业绩目标;
