Regional Sales Coordinator

What you will experience in this position:

• Support assigned Regional Sales Manager(s) (RSMs) and commercial team throughout the sales process by coordinating internally with sales, estimating, engineering, operations and externally to manage customer communications
• Handle inquiries and issues, striving for quick and efficient resolutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to determine and successfully implement customer-specific solutions
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, strictly adhering to our data management policies
• Find opportunities to improve processes, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
