We're looking for a Regional Replenishment Planner - LATAM to join our Supply Chain team in São Paulo, Brazil. If you're analytical, collaborative, and passionate about optimizing inventory and supply planning, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
As a key member of our regional Supply Chain team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring product availability across the region by:
Managing replenishment planning and purchase order execution
Monitoring inventory levels, safety stock, and planning parameters
Analyzing backorders, supply constraints, allocations, and import processes
Maintaining accurate planning data in SAP and APO
Providing meaningful reports and insights to Commercial teams
Collaborating closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics, International Planning, and external suppliers to drive operational excellence
What we're looking for:
We're seeking someone who combines analytical thinking with strong collaboration skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment.
Ideally, you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or Replenishment
Experience with SAP and/or APO (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Advanced English and at least intermediate Spanish
The ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships across global teams
