Manage and grow a regional APAC account portfolio focusing on client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, revenue growth and cost reduction, P&L management, driving hotel adoption and OBT usage, conducting client reviews, escalation management, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver customer success.

Responsible for managing & growing assigned regional account portfolio based across multiple countries in APAC. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, consolidation, premium product and services sales, P&L Management, business reviews, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders on the client side, and work closely with internal stakeholders to drive customer success.

  • Expansion of existing relationship for incremental transaction & Volume in the region & globally
  • Improve Hotel Adoption
  • Drive Usage of OBT
  • Build Strong relationships with Internal & External stakeholders to achieve goals
  • Conduct Client Reviews (Local, Regional, Global)
  • Escalation Management
  • Other Ad-hoc requirements specific to the account

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from university with business, sales or account management experience
  • Ability to take initiative in a dynamic and constantly-changing industry and ability to adopt a generalist mindset
  • Data-driven decision making mindset and sound commercial acumen to make good business judgments through strong analytical thinking
  • Experience working with large Multi Nationals in the B2B space
  • A customer service orientation and experience developing strong partnerships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger for growth
  • Great Work Ethic, with no fear to roll up the sleeves and get down to a granular level of issues, but strong ability to keep in mind the big picture.
  • Ability to work on SFDC a plus
  • Travel experience strongly recommended, but not mandatory
  • Ability to travel periodically as per client requirement
