Position Summary
The Regional Sales (RAC) role supports the execution of regional commercial strategies to drive sustainable growth across retail, online and B2B channels within Southeast Asia & Oceania. Working closely with subsidiaries and cross-functional teams, the role provides business insights, sales planning support, channel development, and commercial execution to strengthen market performance. The incumbent contributes to business growth through customer engagement, sales analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance regional sales effectiveness.Role and Responsibilities
- Support the execution of regional sales strategies to drive business growth across retail, Online and B2B channels.
- Partner with subsidiaries to identify business opportunities, improve sales performance, and strengthen channel development.
- Support product launches, sales readiness and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasting, inventory, and market trends to provide business insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners to support business growth.
- Prepare regional business reviews, sales reports, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop sales tools, best practices, and capability-building initiatives to improve sales effectiveness across the region.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams to drive regional initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in sales, business development, key account management, , preferably within the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
- Experience supporting retail, B2B and e-commerce channels across multiple markets is preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, and channel management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia & Oceania as required.
