Detailed Description:

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Serve as the QMS Management Representative for North America locations

  • Manage and develop Facility Quality Managers, providing coaching, training, and performance support

  • Develop and ensure delivery of QMS training programs

  • Support QMS certification programs and ensure compliance

  • Lead internal audit programs and oversee supplier quality audits

  • Define and monitor quality KPIs for each facility

  • Analyze QMS data to drive continuous improvement

  • Investigate customer complaints and recommend corrective actions

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action programs

  • Ensure document and record control compliance

  • Collaborate with leadership to align quality objectives

  • Participate in meetings and training

  • Communicate effectively in English

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of QMS including API/ISO standards

  • Experience leading quality functions in manufacturing or oil & gas

  • Strong leadership and team management

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to analyze data and drive improvements

  • Experience with audits and compliance

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to travel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Management experience in quality assurance/control

  • Experience in manufacturing or oil & gas preferred

  • Experience with API/ISO certifications preferred

  • Experience managing teams

  • Experience in audits preferred

Additional Details:

This position operates across multiple manufacturing locations in North America and requires regular travel. The role is critical in ensuring consistent quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement across all sites.
