As a solutions product manager for the Evidence portfolio, you will deliver impactful customer and business outcomes for a variety of new growth markets. You will develop new initiatives and deliver materials to support them in collaboration with a broad cross-functional team of stakeholders. You will be accountable for delivering solutions that improve customer adoption of our portfolio, and improve the effectiveness of field sales teams to be able to articulate the solution based value proposition to customers from a variety of verticals.


In this role, you will showcase thought leadership by identifying industry trends to recommend, plan for and address market opportunities with new hardware, software and service solutions. You will also participate in key market development and business development activities with partners and customers to align on the portfolio strategy priorities for key target markets. You will recommend ways to adapt as market and customer needs change.

  • Primary/Essential Responsibilities

    • Customer / market needs

      • Analyze customer needs and market opportunity to select and prioritize portfolio decisions that impact hardware and software priorities

      • Uncovers trends and provide insights from business analysis to support portfolio and corporate strategy work

      • Collaborates with key stakeholders such as Sales, GTM, Product Management, Design and Product Marketing in validating and sharing market intelligence

      • Run voice of customer to help test current and future portfolio plans

    • Own regional solution roadmaps

      • Own and manage ongoing prioritization of each solution, including promoting awareness and evaluating success via measurement of business indicators

      • Supports strategic planning, forecasting, solution portfolio strategy development, and M&A if applicable

    • Manages the Voice of the Customer (VoC) program elements such as surveys, analyzes results, and owns the analysis of the results and findings. Shares result for internal and external customers.

    • Leads customer journey, profiling, and segmentation as part of the go-to-market strategy work

    • Works with key associations to drive technology thought leadership

    • Travel to customer sites, conferences and other related events as required


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years relevant technology experience in business planning, market planning, and product management preferred
