What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize the RDC (Retention/Drainage/Clarification) product portfolio in line with regional strategy
Support pricing and profitability initiatives
Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Production, Regulatory, and technical teams
Assist in product launches, lifecycle management, and forecasting
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in product management or technical/commercial roles gained in production environments
Strong commercial/technical mindset and analytical ability
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
