Job Title

Regional Product Manager, APAC – Financial Solutions

About the role

The Regional Product Manager, APAC – Financial Solutions is responsible for the regional product proposition, commercial performance, market positioning and evolution of Fiserv’s Financial Solutions Products with a focus on issuer processing and our next-generation issuing solutions. The role will help define the card products, solutions and issuing capabilities required for the region, ensuring they meet client and market needs and are commercially viable across the markets we serve.

As the key regional product representative, you will bring together market insight, client requirements and product expertise to shape the regional proposition and provide input into the global product roadmap. You will represent the product with clients and enable sales with the product knowledge, propositions, tools and solutions needed to effectively position our capabilities and drive new business. In conjunction with regional leadership, you will also support the management of product revenue, expense, growth and investment priorities for the region.

What you will do

  • Manage the Financial Solutions product proposition for the respective APAC region, with a focus on issuer processing and next-generation issuing solutions, including product positioning, capabilities and lifecycle management.
  • Help define the card products, solutions and issuing capabilities required for the region based on client needs, market trends, competitive dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the regional commercial performance of the portfolio in conjunction with regional leadership, including revenue, expense, growth, pricing, business cases and product investment priorities.
  • Act as the key regional product representative with clients, articulating product capabilities, propositions and future direction and helping clients understand how Fiserv solutions can address their issuing and payments requirements.
  • Enable sales teams to effectively position and sell the Issuing Solutions by providing product propositions, sales tools, demonstrations, competitive positioning, solution expertise and support for strategic pursuits and RFPs.
  • Own regional product commercialisation and go-to-market readiness, ensuring sales and client-facing teams have the product knowledge, collateral, use cases and solution narratives needed to take solutions to market.
  • Identify opportunities to evolve issuing products and features by leveraging modern platform capabilities, including cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, composability and real-time processing, and translate these opportunities into relevant regional product requirements and propositions.
  • Represent APAC requirements with global product teams, ensuring regional market needs, regulatory requirements, localisation priorities and commercial opportunities are considered in product roadmaps and investment decisions.
  • Identify new product, platform and ecosystem opportunities that strengthen the regional proposition, improve competitiveness and support sustainable growth.
  • Apply AI, automation and data-driven approaches where appropriate across the product management lifecycle, including market insight, product discovery, prioritisation, commercialisation and product optimisation.
  • Drive go-to-market readiness by developing product training, guides, supporting artefacts and enablement materials that equip sales and client-facing teams to confidently position and support the regional solutions.

What you will need to have

  • Strong experience in issuer processing, card issuing or payment processing, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end issuing lifecycle and the needs of banks, financial institutions and fintechs.
  • Product management experience within payments, banking, fintech or financial technology, with the ability to translate client and market needs into practical product propositions and priorities.
  • Commercial understanding of product performance, including revenue, expense, growth, pricing and business cases.
  • Experience representing products with clients and enabling sales through clear product positioning, propositions, demonstrations, RFPs and sales tools.
  • Experience translating customer and market requirements into product capabilities, enhancements and roadmap priorities.
  • Experience supporting product commercialisation and go-to-market activities, including product positioning, client propositions and strategic pursuits.
  • Good knowledge of payments, digital banking and emerging fintech trends, with an understanding of how evolving technology can improve issuing products and solutions.
  • Ability to understand regional regulatory and localisation requirements and incorporate them into commercially viable product solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a practical, collaborative and commercially focused approach.
