Drive the sales and marketing of Red Bull in the On Premise accounts in their assigned region together with their team of Musketeers. The ROPM will train, coach, develop and assess the Musketeers to secure a high performing team. The ROPM will develop the brand image in the on premise, secure excellent/efficient area coverage by the Musketeers and continuously improve the return on investments for Red Bull.

Manages team to ensure On Premise account staff understand the brand and Red Bull execution standards
Ensures accounts are properly serviced by Musketeers to drive increased sales
Ensures premium On Premise activation and High 5 execution at third party events inside On Premise venues
Leverages global and national activities/events in the right venues
Allocates resources to achieve the highest return on investment. Continuously improves dollar per case spending
Monitors market trends and maintains data on competition

Implements National & Regional Business Plans
Ensures short and long term strategies and activities are consistent with RBNA guidelines

Assist in developing business plan and budget for BU
Monitors market trends and maintains data on competition
Effective communication with RBNA, customers, and distributors
MANAGING & COACHING
Guides, trains, and leads Musketeers toward desired outcome
Properly coaches Musketeers based on observed strengths and opportunities
Inspires and encourages team's success through various actions
Continually seeks out and engages potential qualified candidates for team
EXECUTION STANDARDS
Visibility - ROPM works with OPM to ensure visibility is staged perfectly to optimize sales
Menu listings & cooler facings - ROPM to ensure Red Bull products are listed and displayed as per RBNA guidelines and according to planograms
Perfect Serve - ROPM works with OPM to ensure a cold Red Bull can is given to consumer when ordered as part of a cocktail or as a stand-alone beverage
ROPM works with OPM to encourage the optimum price for Red Bull and Red Bull cocktails in all managed accounts as per RBNA guidelines
Consumption Activation - ROPM works with OPM to sell in appropriate consumption activation tools and communication pieces
QualificationsStrong on premise industry knowledge, contacts and experience in "the scene"
4+ years sales experience with a strong track record of success
2+ years of Management Experience (in the On Premise beverage industry is a plus)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Creative, solution-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Fully understands and embraces the Musketeer profile
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - 150,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
