The Partnerships group at monday.com is actively seeking a driven Enablement Manager for a global impact role, specifically to conduct hands-on training for partners in the NA region. The ideal candidate should have a proven business track record in client-facing roles.


About The Role:

  • Designing team and individual training programs
  • Coordinate, initiate and run end-to-end programmatic sessions for new partners
  • Independent learning of new topics
  • Run skills gaps analysis to identify areas of improvement in partners' processes and mitigate future risks.
  • Coordinate, initiate and run end-to-end programmatic sessions for new sales joiners.
  • Maintaining records of curriculum and materials
  • Gathering feedback to improve processes and deliverables
  • This role requires collaboration with multiple internal teams such as Enablement, Business Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and the Partnerships Group

Requirements

  • 2 years of Client facing roles (Sales an advantage)
  • 2 years Experience in training/onboarding management (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment).
  • Highly collaborative and self-motivated in meeting and exceeding deadlines and goals
  • Excels in clear communication and relationship building within the immediate team and cross-departmentally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • Highly independent.
  • Experience with monday.com is an advantage.
  • Experience with Learning Management platforms is an advantage.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $110,000-$130,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
