Job Description:

The Regional Partner Manager (RPM) is a dedicated channel sales resource, working in an assigned region to drive revenue with and through partners (including Agents, VARs, Resellers, and Consultants). The RPM will be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding and day to day operational management for all regional partners in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop overall Partner GTM plan for region to meet and exceed set channel sales quotas and objectives working
  • Manage and grow existing partner relationships to drive incremental channel revenue
  • Prospect, qualify and recruit new regional channel partners on on-going basis
  • Manage channel pipeline/forecast and partner KPI’s for regional partners to track overall channel performance
  • Develop and execute partner plans for strategic/key partners
  • Build relationships/create alignment with partners and Flexential direct sales
  • Maintain proper partner account data in Salesforce.com
  • Build Flexential awareness/mindshare within partner community through networking, industry events, and partner enablement
  • Drive adoption of channel programs/processes with partners in assigned territory
  • Provide partner education and enablement on Flexential products and services
  • Work closely with channel marketing to drive partner marketing campaigns, promotions, events, etc…
  • Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts
  • Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally

Required Qualifications:   

  • Demonstrable experience in channel sales management in the IT/services space
  • A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
  • A proven track record of successful partner recruitment
  • Excellent customer/partner management/service/handling skills and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems – ideally SalesForce.com
  • Ability to work with all levels of management, sales representatives, engineers and customers
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Competitive and self-starter
  • Problem solver and self-motivated
  • Possess a high level of professional etiquette and integrity

Physical Requirements:    

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
  • Travel 50-65% of the time

Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $132,160 - $142,000. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications. 

 

Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
