The Role
We’re seeking a
highly organized, mission-driven Regional Office Manager to lead the
day-to-day operations of our regional office. This role is key to keeping our
organization running smoothly by overseeing administrative systems, finances,
personnel records, and office processes across our centers.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily office operations
and improve systems for efficiency
- Manage employee records, benefits
tracking, and HR-related administration
- Coordinate financial processes
including accounts payable, payroll, and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with
organizational standards and accreditation requirements
- Serve as a key point of contact
for vendors and partners
- Support leadership with
administrative and operational needs
- Help maintain organized records,
documents, and internal systems
- Assist with facility oversight,
inventory, and purchasing
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in
administration, office management, or similar role
- Strong organizational and
multitasking skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
and basic financial systems
- High attention to detail and
ability to follow through
- A team player with a positive,
solution-oriented mindset

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in nonprofit or
ministry settings
- Background in accounting, HR, or
operations
- Bachelor’s degree in a related
field
Requirements
- Willingness to obtain First
Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background
check
- Flexibility with occasional
evenings or weekends as needed

Adult & Teen Challenge (ATC) is a faith-based non-profit organization providing Christ-centered addiction recovery services for adults and teens. With over 200 residential centers across North America, the organization focuses on transforming lives through a combination of biblical principles, discipleship, mentoring, and life-skills training to help individuals find freedom from addiction and other life-controlling issues.
