Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual OEM sales and business plan in alignment with the regional operating strategy
- Achieve and exceed defined revenue and performance targets
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with OEM decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate OEM agreements internally across relevant departments
- Identify market opportunities and define target customer strategies in collaboration with Sales Leadership
- Monitor pipeline performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across the full customer lifecycle
- Represent the organization at relevant OEM and industry events
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B technology solution sales
- Proven track record in selling complex, value-based solutions with measurable ROI
- Experience within the automotive and/or OEM landscape preferred
- Strong commercial, financial, and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrix and cross-border environments
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Skills Required

- A minimum of 5 years Sales experience in a Technology Solutions sales environment
- Demonstrable track record in selling technology solutions based on business process optimization
- Ability to build strong partnerships with Marketing
- Exposure to a wide variety of OEM
- Highly computer literate with knowledge of CRM/SFDC systems
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
