We’re looking for a Registered Nurse Regional Manager to support correctional healthcare operations across multiple facilities throughout Wisconsin.
This isn't a position where you'll sit behind a desk managing spreadsheets all day. You'll be out in the field, working alongside healthcare teams, building relationships with facility leadership, solving problems, developing nurses, and helping ensure patients receive quality care.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a difference across an entire region while being backed by a correctional healthcare organization with more than 30 years of experience.

🩺 What You’ll DoAs a Regional Manager, you'll provide leadership and operational support across multiple correctional healthcare programs throughout Wisconsin.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and operational oversight to multiple correctional healthcare teams
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing nursing and medical staff
- Partnering with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, and facility leadership
- Supporting staffing needs, onboarding, training, and employee development
- Providing clinical guidance and helping teams navigate challenging situations
- Monitoring compliance with company policies, nursing standards, and correctional healthcare requirements
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping facilities implement solutions
- Supporting quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Assisting with clinical coverage when needed
- Participating in an on-call rotation
- Traveling throughout the Wisconsin region, including occasional overnight stays
- Current, unrestricted Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
- Previous nursing leadership or healthcare management experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working independently across multiple locations
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region
- Correctional healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
