Ready to Take Your RN Leadership Career Beyond One Facility?

If you're an experienced RN leader who is ready for more variety, more autonomy, and a bigger impact, Southern Health Partners has an opportunity for you.

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse Regional Manager to support correctional healthcare operations across multiple facilities throughout Wisconsin.

This isn't a position where you'll sit behind a desk managing spreadsheets all day. You'll be out in the field, working alongside healthcare teams, building relationships with facility leadership, solving problems, developing nurses, and helping ensure patients receive quality care.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a difference across an entire region while being backed by a correctional healthcare organization with more than 30 years of experience.

💚 What Makes This Role Different?

You won't be tied to one facility.

As an RN Regional Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

🌟 Develop and mentor healthcare professionals
🌟 Build relationships with facility leadership
🌟 Help strengthen nursing teams and clinical programs
🌟 Troubleshoot challenges and find practical solutions
🌟 Influence patient care across multiple facilities
🌟 Grow your leadership skills beyond the walls of a single medical unit

If you enjoy variety, travel, problem-solving, and developing people, this could be the next step you've been looking for.

🩺 What You’ll Do

As a Regional Manager, you'll provide leadership and operational support across multiple correctional healthcare programs throughout Wisconsin.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and operational oversight to multiple correctional healthcare teams
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing nursing and medical staff
  • Partnering with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, and facility leadership
  • Supporting staffing needs, onboarding, training, and employee development
  • Providing clinical guidance and helping teams navigate challenging situations
  • Monitoring compliance with company policies, nursing standards, and correctional healthcare requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping facilities implement solutions
  • Supporting quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
  • Assisting with clinical coverage when needed
  • Participating in an on-call rotation
  • Traveling throughout the Wisconsin region, including occasional overnight stays
Qualifications🎯 What You’ll Bring
  • Current, unrestricted Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
  • Previous nursing leadership or healthcare management experience required
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop healthcare professionals
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working independently across multiple locations
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region
  • Correctional healthcare experience is preferred, but not required

Regional leadership comes with some added benefits designed to support you while you're on the road:

🌱 Bring Your Leadership Skills Somewhere They Matter

At Southern Health Partners, we believe correctional healthcare is about more than treating patients. It's about building strong healthcare teams and creating systems that help those teams succeed.
