What Makes You a Great Fit:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Network Specialist to join our network team managing payroll vendors and partners. This position is to be based remotely within Spain. This full-time position will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and managing our partner relationship to help drive growth and stronger customer experiences in EMEA. This individual's expertise in payroll and vendor management is crucial, as they will be instrumental in fostering effective collaboration between partners and Velocity Global payroll & HR teams, ensuring streamlined operations and exceptional service delivery. This individual will be working closely with our internal operations team along with leading Accountancy Firms, HR Consultancies, and Payroll Companies ranging from global heavyweights to boutique agencies.
This role will report to the Senior Manager of Global Network, Payroll.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Source, evaluate, and onboard partners to ensure comprehensive regional service coverage aligned with company needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain up-to-date partner compliance, contracts, and documentation, including annual reviews and renewals.
- Monitor, assess, and report on partner performance through metrics, quarterly reviews, and feedback collection.
- Foster strong partner relationships, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Payroll, HR, Finance, Tech) to deliver seamless and scalable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by updating partners on product/process changes and ensuring adherence to internal SOPs.
Let's Connect If You:
- 3+ years of experience in payroll vendor management managing a network of partners, preferably in the EOR, PEO, HCM
- 2+ years of experience in EMEA
- Must have extensive industry knowledge and understanding of payroll and project timelines
- Strong communication and be able to have difficult conversations with partners in less favorable situations
- Research-oriented, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to quickly assimilate information
- Excellent presentation and written communication, listening, and consultative skills
- Drive, strong work ethic, and a passion to deliver unparalleled customer experiences
- Fluency in the English and Business proficiency in another language is preferred
