Position Summary
•Reporting to the Head of MarTech, the Martech and DevOps Specialist plays a key role in maintaining critical data processes, ensuring regional data and system governance, and optimizing the Adobe Campaign, AEP and Real-Time CDP.
•This role focuses on building unified customer profiles, automating data pipelines, and configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting platform connections to support marketing teams in creating data-driven experiences.
Role and Responsibilities
- Data Process Management and Governance
- Maintain critical data pipelines, ensuring smooth processing, enrichment, and validation for regional data governance initiatives.
- Develop and manage scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load marketing and customer data into the Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP.
- Ensure compliance with regional legal and privacy regulations in all data processes and integrations.
- Build workflows to enrich customer data and support the creation of unified customer profiles for segmentation and analysis.
- Regularly audit and monitor data flows for performance, accuracy, and compliance
Adobe Campaign & Real-Time CDP Expertise
- Act as a platform expert in Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP, supporting the team in its use and optimization.
- Design, build, and test source and destination connections, data sets, XDM schemas, and identity namespaces within AEP.
- Configure local market destination channels to enable seamless activation of audience segments.
- Write and optimize queries using the AEP Query Service for segmentation, reporting, analytics, and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with the MarTech Lead to implement strategies for unified customer journey mapping and data-driven decision-making
System Integration and Automation
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and activation processes to improve scalability and reliability.
- Integrate AEP with internal systems and third-party tools, ensuring seamless data sharing and interoperability.
- Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to maintain uptime and system health.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data pipelines, integrations, and system configurations..
Support and Training
- Provide technical support for data-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Train and upskill team members on Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on platform improvements, updates, and advanced use cases.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3years of experience in Adobe Campaign
- Expertise with CDPs, CRM solutions, and marketing automation platforms is a must
- Hands-on experience with SQL, API integration, and ETL (on-premise and cloud).
- Familiarity with paid media platforms and resolving email campaign delivery issues.
- Certifications in Adobe Marketing Cloud or SAP are a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and data analysis capabilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage regional operations
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in addressing email deliverability issues.
- Familiarity with multi-market environments, collaborating with global and regional teams, and ensuring smooth system operations across diverse geographies.
