About the role
The Regional Marketing Specialist is a critical connector between global marketing strategies and regional sales execution. Responsible for orchestrating regional marketing initiatives across EMEA, this role directly fuels business growth by localizing brand messaging, designing pitch-winning collateral, and managing high-impact client events. By acting as the strategic marketing voice for the region, you will ensure our sales teams are equipped with localized insights, tools, and content necessary to win market share.
What to expect
Collateral Creation & Asset Localization Work closely with regional sales leaders to prioritize marketing requirements and adapt global assets for local markets, integrating regional data, translated copy, and targeted messaging. Manage the complete life cycle of ready-to-use sales enablement resources, such as inventory guides, slide decks, media kits, and vertical event one-sheets, while ensuring strict adherence to brand standards. Partner directly with sales teams to build compelling customer case studies and testimonials that highlight ROI and strategic audience targeting.
Day-to-Day Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination Facilitate the marketing onboarding process for new supply and demand partners by curating business descriptions, logos, and value propositions. Direct tactical efforts with freelance designers, oversee the end-to-end publishing of segmented monthly newsletters, and champion joint marketing initiatives with key regional clients. Act as the dedicated voice of the region within the global marketing organization to maintain clear regional visibility.
Events, Summits & Logistics Management Coordinate execution logistics for major regional events, including segment production and translation management for our annual programmatic customer summit. Collaborate with the events marketing team to support company representation at local industry events, trade show equipment, and branded merchandise.
What you need to perform in this job
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in media sales, marketing, or content production within a fast-paced regional or sales-aligned environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong copywriting, editing, project management, and cross-functional project execution capabilities.
- Tools & Software: Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), project management tools (Asana), and Google Workspace.
- Core Competencies: Highly organized self-starter capable of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
