We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Regional Marketing Senior Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Regional Marketing Senior Analyst - C12) based in Singapore.  Being part of our team means that we’ll provide you with the resources to meet your unique needs, empower you to make healthy decisions and manage your financial well-being to help plan for your future. 

The Regional Marketing Sr Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, enable sales, and support revenue growth. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with the company’s objectives and brand identity.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Plan, execute, scale and localize marketing campaigns across B2B marketing channels, including but not limited to events, webinars, social media, email, print, advertising and awards.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
  • ROI: track marketing campaign impact on client revenues, client pipelines, client acquisition and client relationships.
  • Oversee content creation for marketing campaigns and sales enablement, across digital, social media, email, print, and event marketing channels.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and according to policy.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective lead generation.
  • Maintain and enhance brand identity across all marketing materials. Drive the production of all marketing materials through necessary reviews to adhere to brand, legal, and compliance guidelines.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Collaborate with various Marketing partners to drive all aspects of client and prospect events, such as event requirement planning, budgeting, venue selection, vendor briefings, production direction, agenda and content planning, speaker sourcing, onsite event execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Provide senior management with detailed Marketing briefings to create a conducive atmosphere for dialogue and strategic direction.
  • Use post-event feedback to determine best practices for future events including researching and conducting competitive benchmarking
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 5-8 years of experience, ideally from the Banking, Financial Services, or B2B Tech industries.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications, or other related fields of study.
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations with a strong emphasis on governance.
  • Business savvy and a solid understanding of end-to-end marketing campaign planning, execution, and measurement. Experience in or knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is an advantage.
  • Tech-saavy. Experience working with Marketing AI, GenAI, Marketing Automation platforms, CRMs, or workflow management tools is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns in a data-driven manner.
  • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented approach to execution. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Event planning experience within financial services or Tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
