Job Summary

The Regional Marketing Manager will lead strategic, scalable marketing initiatives across multiple air medical programs within a defined geographic region. The role works closely with our sales and sales ops teams and other cross-functional areas to develop plans that drive patient volume, brand awareness, and community engagement. Of importance will be supporting the sales-customer relationship to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. The Regional Marketing Manager possesses and continues to foster healthcare marketing expertise, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams  The salary range for this position is $103,000 to $129,500 annually.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:  

  • Marketing:  Collaborate with sales and specialty teams/ops to develop and execute integrated regional marketing strategies that drive patient volume, brand awareness, community engagement and other activities.
  • Marketing Portfolio:  Ensure consistent brand representation across regional initiatives (collateral, digital, social media content, presentations/speakers bureau, events, classes, etc.) 
  • Insights & Analytics:  Proactively monitor demand performance and analyze campaign KPIs, prepare reports to demonstrate impact and future strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:  Build strong relationships with internal teams (clinical, operations, business development), key customers and other partners to ensure alignment and support.
  • Travel & On-site Support:  Visit programs regularly to support initiatives, attend events and maintain strong local relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in Business, Marketing or Communications related field from four-year college or university; or five (5) or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master’s degree, preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in regional or field marketing, preferably in healthcare or emergency services.
  • Familiarity with air medical or EMS operations, preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Passionate about collaboration and thrives in cross-functional team environments.
  • Excels at interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication, with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Bold thinker who brings creativity and strategic insight to complex challenges.
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed (approx. 35 to 50%).

Computer Skills

  • Experience or affiliation with existing key segments (military, firefighting, law enforcement, EMS, etc.) preferred
