Job Description
In this role, you take ownership of driving strategic marketing decisions and ensuring effective execution across multiple regions. With a strong focus on data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and performance optimization, you contribute to the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Leveraging data analysis, you drive decision-making processes to optimize marketing investments and develop user-centric communication and touchpoint strategies.
- The implementation of the Freud marketing strategy and plan falls under your responsibility, ensuring seamless project and launch management across countries while maintaining alignment with global guidelines.
- Monitoring and communicating communication-budget spending in different countries ensures transparency and efficiency.
- In close collaboration with Freud sales teams and third parties, you develop retail partner-specific marketing implementation plans based on the global strategy.
- Navigating stakeholder dynamics, you identify potential conflicts and work proactively to ensure efficient and successful resolutions.
- By providing guidance and resources, you enable countries within your assigned region to execute marketing strategies effectively.
- Meeting key performance indicators is a priority, and you continuously seek opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications
Education: University Degree in the business administration, ideally in Marketing
Experience and know-how: Good understanding of marketing (B2B and B2C), ideally in industrial market. Capable of strategic and conceptual thinking, ability to stick to holistic and long-term view even in stressful situations and with complex topics. Excellent knowledge in analytics tools (Excel, BI software for visualization) and project management skills. Impactful presentation skills, both verbal and visual.
Personality and working style: Strong teamwork and spirit, motivator and role model for collaboration in an intercultural context. Excellent skills in stakeholder management (through all hierarchical levels). Ability to align cross functional teams on common targets and steer efficient execution, build bridges in case of conflicts. Independent workstyle with a high passion to win. Resilient personality and enthusiasm.
Languages: Fluent in English, German and/or Polish are a strong plus
