Responsibilities
Develop and implement dynamic regional marketing strategies aligned with our overall commercial vision and ambitious targets
Refine regional initiatives that align with our commercial aspirations and enhance brand awareness
Actively engage with the regional team and contractors to solve business challenges and provide strategic guidance
Conduct and interpret market research and competitive analysis, translating findings into innovative campaign strategies
Ensure effective communication with the compliance team to identify new marketing opportunities while complying with regulations
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, extracting insights and identifying areas for improvement
Manage regional marketing spend, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and profitability goals
Act as a key facilitator and advocate for marketing in regional forums, maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
Develop and coordinate quarterly and annual campaign programs with the marketing planning department, ensuring consistency with the global campaign narrative
Stay updated on regulatory and market trends to ensure effective brand visibility and activity
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Regional Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing role
Experience working in the India region within one of the following industries: Fintech, Investment, Banking, Insurance, or Gaming
Well-rounded marketing experience covering branding, digital marketing, social media, PR, performance campaigns, and lead generation
Proven experience in building regional or country-level marketing strategies
Exposure to SMM, influencer marketing, paid traffic sources, and/or SEO
Hands-on experience with web and app analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with CRM tools
Experience in B2C marketing
Familiarity with fintech or financial products marketing is a strong plus
Experience managing monthly budgets of USD 50K–100K
Fluent in English and Hindi
