Location Requirement: Candidates to reside in Midwest/TOLA/Heartlands state
The Regional Marketing Manager – Central will join a marketing and sales alignment team focused on driving pipeline growth within the Central region. This role plans and executes localized demand generation programs to increase brand presence and accelerate deal cycles across key accounts. The successful candidate will work remotely within the region, owning and executing regional marketing planning in close collaboration with regional sales and GTM teams.
Responsibilities
- Own regional marketing planning for the Central region—including digital campaigns, events, webinars, and ABM initiatives—adjusting the program mix based on pipeline performance data.
- Track and report on regional campaign effectiveness using marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot/Splash) and CRM (Salesforce) data, delivering regular KPI updates to sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional partner teams (internal and external) to develop and execute joint marketing activities in alignment with the region's partner strategy.
- Partner with regional sales teams to develop localized collateral, outreach templates, and event programs, and manage regional marketing budget tracking and reconciliation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B regional or field marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in regional marketing planning of market-specific demand generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline results.
- Proficiency in a major marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to travel (~30%) in region

- Experience in the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Experience localizing corporate content and case studies for regional audiences.
