We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager, Americas who is trustworthy, self-driven, motivated, and accountable to join our Global B2B Marketing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, cross-functional and multicultural environment and is passionate about building and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive growth across North and South America (U.S., Canada, and LATAM).You will use your planning, organizational, execution, and measurement skills to help Xsolla profitably grow in the Americas region, supporting regional marketing efforts while aligning with global strategy. You’ll work alongside teammates across disciplines—from experiential & digital marketing to creative & design to product marketing and our business development team—as well as external partners such as agencies and trade show producers.
 
The right person for this role will be a strong communicator, project manager and project owner who can lead multiple initiatives, build relationships across time zones, and turn creative ideas into measurable outcomes.
 
This role is in-office/on-site at the Xsolla Global Headquarters in Los Angeles, California and will require up to 15-25% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Work within the global marketing organization to deliver, execute, and measure B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at acquiring new gaming leads, building our brand, accelerating new meeting creation, and cultivating new partnerships in the Americas region.
  • Partner with the regional business development team to create programs aimed at acquiring new video game developers and collaborate with existing partners to build and grow their monetization opportunities.
  • Create, manage, and report on marketing projects and initiatives across Xsolla’s products, solutions, and services across all our regional and integrated marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with the global experiential marketing team to plan, contract and deliver high-impact in-person industry events and digital engagements online. 
  • Manage and nurture strategic marketing partnerships within the region, including gaming associations, integrated agencies, charitable organizations, and event production companies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to external partners, managing relationships, negotiating agreements, developing joint marketing initiatives, and overseeing the execution of co-branded campaigns, webinars, and events within the Americas.
  • Lead hyper-localization engagements as needed in Canada and LATAM markets to better engage with our target audiences.
  • Identify, organize, and coordinate public speaking opportunities and interviews with our global external communications team for Xsolla management within the Americas.
  • Partner with the integrated marketing team to deliver paid advertising, organic and paid social media, content distribution, influencer marketing, webinars, video content, blogs, ebooks, and other collateral aimed at driving new business leads, building our brand and cultivating partnerships in the Americas.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the marketing team by sharing innovative ideas and approaches to achieve marketing objectives with simplified processes and efficient productivity.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing (agency, brand, technology, or related background).Validated experience in the video games industry from a game studio, developer publisher or related companies aimed at community development and/or management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record in project management, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and the Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong data analysis and measurement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across local and global teams and adapt campaigns to regional markets.
  • Experience organizing and managing public speaking events at regional trade shows and public events.
