Role Overview: As the Regional Marketing Leader, you'll spearhead our strategic sales and marketing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You'll develop innovative strategies and forge strong partnerships to propel our brand to new heights. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the residential construction or real estate industry.
  • Florida Real Estate Broker License holder preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
