You’ll also support campaign reporting by preparing presentation materials and coordinate with vendors to deliver high-quality assets on schedule. This position offers supportive supervision, broad objectives, and the opportunity to build skills quickly—while staying flexible in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities and occasional last-minute requests.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of an integrated marketing communications plan.
  • Recommend and support a marketing channel mix across digital, social media, events/trade shows, publications, and sales enablement tools.
  • Support event and trade show communications, including coordination of materials and timelines.
  • Prepare presentation materials and reporting updates on campaign plans, progress, and results.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to develop, refine, and deliver campaign assets on time and to quality standards.
  • Resolve routine issues and escalate as needed, working with broadly defined objectives and supportive supervision.
Qualifications
  • This role is based on‑site at our Wilmington, DE facility, with priority given to local candidates.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent

  • 1+ year of relevant experience supporting marketing communications, campaigns, or integrated marketing programs (internship or part-time experience acceptable).

  • Ability to translate marketing communication strategy into clear tactics, messaging, and day-to-day execution plans.

  • Strong project coordination skills, including managing small projects, schedules, deadlines, and follow-ups with multiple stakeholders.

  • Working knowledge of marketing channels and deliverables, including digital marketing, social media, events/trade shows, publications, and sales enablement tools.

  • Comfort coordinating with external vendors to develop and deliver campaign assets; able to manage revisions and timelines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and quality.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as needed (e.g., for events, trade shows, or team meetings).

  • Ability to learn new tools, systems, and procedures quickly; adaptable to changing priorities and last-minute requests.
