Job Description
The AFO Regional Marcom Specialist (rMS) is responsible for the design, development, deployment, and implementation of marketing campaigns to support the Agilent Reagents and Partnership Program (PLRP), as well as any additional assigned Product Line and Segments. The Reagent Partnership Division (RP) is a world-class provider of clinical diagnostics products within the areas of specific proteins for turbidimetry and reagents for flow cytometry. The focus is on two business areas, our Retail business and our Bulk Antibodies and Assay Solutions (BAAS) business
This rMS position will have responsible for driving all aspects of the Reagents and Partnership Program (PLRP) campaigns, including: the tactic mix selection; budget management; performance tracking; and reporting. Campaigns are measured for performance against defined marketing metrics, campaign objectives and predetermined goals. The rMS works closely with regional and global colleagues to define and communicate campaign strategies and objectives. It is strategically important to develop and maintain relationships with various internal and external partners, as well as various stakeholders.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred or equivalent related experience
-
4+ years relevant experience utilizing digital and direct marketing tactics

Experience handling budgets and purchase orders

Effective communication skills
-
Demonstrated understanding of effective marketing campaign analysis and reporting

Knowledge of graphic design software editors (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator)

Experience with SAP CRM (Campaign Mgt.), QuickBase (Budget), ASANA (Project Mgt.) considered a plus

Ability to travel up to 10%
The ideal candidate brings a formal marketing education in digital and traditional marketing, as well as knowledge of the Agilent Reagents and Partnership Program and the portfolio of technologies and service offerings. The successful candidate will have experience working within a large matrix organization, with limited supervision and will have established personal skills to - drive campaigns from beginning to end; complete tasks and meet deadlines; work independently; and communication effectively, as these will be key to succeeding in this role.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $85,840.00 - $140,831.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
