Job Description Summary
As a Regional Marketing Associate working for Taylor Morrison you will assist in the coordination and execution of assigned marketing activities in an efficient and effective manner by providing executional, organizational and coordination support. This is a regional position supporting multiple divisions.

We trust that as a Marketing Associate you will: (responsibilities)
- On a daily basis coordinate marketing requests and projects to ensure creation and delivery of regional and local marketing materials.
- Assist Director of Marketing and Marketing Managers with any and all tasks as assigned to provide support to implement all regional marketing programs.
- Responsible for various reports including sales, traffic, etc.
- Coordinate with agencies and the corporate brand and communications teams in the request, creation and printing of any marketing collateral and materials and PR tasks as assigned.
- Write, edit, and proof various materials.
- Write and submit award nominations.
- Schedule/order/save inventory and model home, event and other photography.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, marketing plans and other documents.
- Traffic marketing requests and manage deadlines from inception through completion.
- Schedule, gather, organize and maintain visual assets in the media library (art, virtual tours, etc).
- Coordinate advertising, signage and other programs and liaison with vendors as assigned as well as coordinate and organize media plans and placement along with budget and tear sheets.
- Administer collateral and maintain all collateral supplies, samples and files including floor plans, sales materials and creative samples.
- Order promotional items , floor plans and other printed collateral, shipping and inventory management.
- Assist Marketing Manager with coordination of digital, web, online and social initiatives as assigned.
- Coordinate the creation and execution of regular promotional campaigns.
- Assist with the production, planning and staffing of special projects and events, grand openings, etc. as assigned.
- Maintain and organize project files, budgets, spreadsheets and other project resources as required.
- Provide various administrative support to Marketing Manager and Marketing Director including coding and processing of invoices, scheduling of meetings/rooms, ordering of supplies, printing, shipping of materials, preparation of reports, etc.
- Assist with any and all tasks as assigned to provide support to implement all marketing programs.
- Responsible for maintaining various departmental reports and files.
- You are willing to perform other duties as assigned.

About you:
- 1-2 years of marketing or related experience
- You are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills
- You are a strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skills
- You are deadline driven and organized
- You are customer service oriented and believe the customer is our first priority
- You understand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

Physical Demands:
