Regional Manager


SBM Site Services is searching for a dynamic Regional Manager for the Jacksonville, FL area.  As the Regional Manager you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical day to day execution of business across an assigned group of accounts with a focus on these key performance indicators: 

Customer Satisfaction: We are the supplier of choice. At risk sites are quickly identified and sustaining solutions are implemented. Customers are retained and contracts renewed.

Safety: Our employees are safe and injury free. Regional safety metrics meet or exceed company objectives and are trending towards an injury free environment.

Budget: Region meets or exceeds monthly budget targets. Managers drive for efficiencies to improve profitability.

Growth: The region meets or exceeds its business growth goal. The success of the region is measured by its ability to grow.

Employee Satisfaction: We are the employer of choice. Employee satisfaction is measured by meeting or exceeding company turnover goal and employee satisfaction surveys. 

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a creative, hard-working, entrepreneurial individual who has the ability to think expansively and work independently while having the support of your peers. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and skilled at business development. The manager will be very responsive to both customers and Senior Management, so a sense of urgency is required.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for ensuring that safety goals are met at all accounts within area of responsibility
  • Oversees on-boarding process for all new managers/supervisors
  • Provides oversight and direction in preparation of account forecasts and budgets.
  • Responsible for ensuring that key customers are raving fans
  • Provides weekly Site Reports to upper corporate management
  • Completes scheduled and unscheduled site audits during day and night shifts with staff and key customer contacts
  • Schedules and manages Quarterly Business Reviews for all accounts
  • Regularly focuses on sales to grow existing accounts and secure new accounts

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid experience in developing customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Proven leadership and customer service skills
