Regional Manager – Illinois & Wisconsin

We are seeking an accomplished and driven Regional Manager to oversee our Milwaukee and Chicago offices. This leader will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, enhancing the client experience, and driving business growth in partnership with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for Office Managers at both sites, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Partner closely with the sales team to develop and execute growth strategies tailored to each market.

  • Champion client experience by maintaining the highest standards of care, service quality, and responsiveness.

  • Implement operational best practices that support efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

  • Monitor key business metrics, ensuring accountability for site performance in client growth, billable hours, margins, and client satisfaction.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across both sites.

  • Represent the organization in the local community, strengthening relationships with clients, families, partners, and referral sources.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in multi-site operations management, preferably in healthcare, senior services, or a related field.

  • Strong track record of driving business growth and operational performance.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.

  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality care and service excellence.

  • Ability to lead through influence, motivating and developing teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Base Pay: $129k - $161k/annual
