What You'll Do
Operations Leadership
- Lead and develop field operations personnel within your assigned region.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational escalations.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure inspections are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Recruit and expand subcontractor resources to support territory growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings with field leadership to improve service quality.
- Develop territory business plans and growth strategies.
- Represent Hancock at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in property claims, or a related industry.
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- HAAG Certification (preferred).
- Rope & Harness Certification (preferred).
- Experience working with independent contractors and field inspection teams.
