This includes fostering a culture of continuous learning and helping everyone on the team develop their skills to build a strong and resilient group.
- Strategic Workplace Evolution: Drive strategic workplace initiatives by using a spirit of experimentation and employee feedback to implement improvements, enhance the employee experience, and adapt spaces to our changing business needs.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Take ownership of the regional workplace operations budget. Manage a large portfolio of vendor relationships, from negotiating contracts and leading RFPs to setting clear KPIs and having regular QBRs to ensure we have the best partnerships.
