Location: Lewiston, Maine (Southern Maine coverage) | Full-Time, Exempt
Andwell Health Partners is seeking a Regional Manager of Partnerships to lead growth and strengthen healthcare partnerships across an assigned Maine market.
In this role, you’ll build relationships with hospitals, physician groups, senior living communities, payers, and other referral partners while developing strategies that expand access to Andwell’s home health, hospice, behavioral health, palliative, and care management services.
What You’ll Do-
Lead and support Provider Relations and clinical consultants in your region

Develop strategic referral partnerships and growth plans

Analyze market trends, referral volume, and competitor activity

Collaborate with clinical, operations, intake, and marketing teams

Represent Andwell at community and healthcare events

Track performance and partnerships using Salesforce CRM

Help achieve regional growth, referral, and service-line goals

Bachelor’s or Associate degree plus relevant healthcare sales experience
-
3+ years of healthcare business development, sales, or partnership experience

Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Knowledge of Maine’s healthcare landscape preferred

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Ability to travel throughout the assigned market
