Manage top institutional clients, strengthen CFO and treasury relationships, grow assets and market share, and promote investment products aligned with corporate objectives. Lead and develop relationship managers, support client acquisition, and organize investor events. The role requires strong communication, product and market knowledge, key account management, attention to detail, and readiness to expand responsibilities.

Key responsibilities 

Managing Top Institutional Clients in assigned Market and strengthening the 

relationship with the CFO's and Treasury Heads of Corporate.

Building strong institutional book by offering product suite in line with the 

investment objective of these corporate.

Endeavor to garner Assets upwards of 20% of the assets in the market.

Groom and hand hold a team of RM's to deepen the existing relationship and new 

client acquisition from the market.

Organize events for these institutional investors on regular basis to build on higher 

mind share and market share from these corporate.

Good communicational abilities and pleasing personality.


Role Specific Competencies:

Exposure to M.F industry will be added advantage.

Product knowledge.

Market knowledge / extensively networked.

Key account management skills.

Should have an eye for detail.

Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.


Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp

MBA with minimum 15 years of work experience. 

NISM certification compulsory.
