As a Regional Manager, you will lead a team supporting technologies used in cranial, spinal, and neurosurgical procedures. You will oversee sales performance, team development, and customer relationships while helping execute regional business objectives across complex healthcare environments.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to support achievement of regional sales objectives and territory performance goals.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent to build and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Build and sustain a positive, high-performing team culture by coaching employees, promoting accountability, recognizing achievements, and reinforcing organizational values and expectations.

  • Experience managing forecasts, budgets, or other business performance measures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience within medical device, healthcare, surgical, or healthcare technology industries.
  • Experience leading field-based sales teams across multiple territories.

$216,578 - $283,410 salary plus bonus and benefits.
Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
