Job Description

MAKE UP FOR EVER, a subsidiary of LVMH, is seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Manager, Education & Artistry to drive sales and elevate brand artistry within the South-Central territory. This role is responsible for developing and executing education and artistry programs for retail partners and professional clients, ultimately maximizing sales opportunities and brand excellence in the region. Reporting to the VP of Sales, Education and Pro, the RMEA will play a key role in shaping artistry and sales skills and representing the brand at key events.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide best-in-class education, artistry, product knowledge, and selling/service skills to the MAKE UP FOR EVER Collective, Sephora Beauty Advisors, and Pro clientele throughout Chicago, DC, Atlanta, Central Florida, South Florida and Miami.
  • Drive retail sales by executing strategic education, artistry, and eventing initiatives within Sephora and other assigned retailers. Conduct in-store events and selling activities at the gondola to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team, including onboarding for new hires (NSO), product knowledge, selling skills, and artistry techniques. Provides feedback on Collective through Development Trackers.
  • Create and maintain engaging training curriculum and materials to support various education initiatives and product launches.
  • Produce compelling videos and other content for Sephora and internal use, including demonstrations, tutorials, and product highlights for DD and big launch initiatives.
  • Develop and implement programs to increase sales productivity, improve sales rankings, and drive overall team performance.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify performance gaps, analyze market trends, and implement corrective strategies to optimize budget and sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Sephora Regional Business Managers (RBMs), District Managers (DMs), Retail Managers (RMs), and store teams.
  • Support Pro initiatives by providing education and artistry expertise on request, collaborating with the Senior Manager, Pro Education on event strategy and execution.
  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including expense reporting, calendar management, communication, and record-keeping, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all requirements.
  • Continuously develop personal education and artistry skills by attending development days and special events, achieving personal level certifications, and staying current with industry trends.
  • Own Selling Specialist educational modules including ambassador program, incentives, retention and development.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, leadership, management, and training.
  • Demonstrated expertise in makeup artistry and education, with strong leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Availability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
  • Prior on-camera experience and media training are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Physical ability to carry boxes (as per company guidelines) and work in a fragrance-filled, cosmetic environment.
  • Must maintain a high level of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Eligibility to obtain a corporate credit card.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, adapt to changing business needs, and provide support within the region as required.

MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of experience, performance, and tenure. The bottom third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees developing in their role. The middle third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are strong performers. The upper third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are consistently high performers. While the published salary is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range.
