Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated full-time Regional Manager for our East Bay region. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce!

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Chief Academic Officer in managing assigned instructors and facilities in assigned region.
  • Supervise instructors and ensure they adhere to company policies.
  • Interview prospective instructors.
  • Partner with human resources during onboarding process to ensure that all new hires complete necessary paperwork and receive applicable training.
  • Identify potential issues and recommendations for resolution management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners and communicate with them accordingly.
  • Monitor national certification exam pass rates.
  • Assist with scheduling national exams and CPR training.
  • Adhere to CDPH and CLIA standards.
  • Oversee student drug screening process.
  • Provide necessary customer service required for ongoing student/client satisfaction.
  • Establish relationships with nearby medical facilities for students to complete the externship portion of applicable programs.
  • Responsible for obtaining new externship sites monthly. 
  • Partner with the Academic Manager to monitor and oversee the externship process and resolve issues as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Academic Officer.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of management experience required.
  • Experience working in an education institution preferred.
  • 1 year of experience as a teacher or vocational trainer preferred.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and works well with limited direction.
  • Organized with the ability to follow up on and manage details.
