Get to Know the Team
The ID GrabKios Sales team is part of GrabKios, established initially as Kudo, and is responsible for sales activities at GrabKios. Kios plays a vital role within the Grab Indonesia ecosystem, in Digital Goods, supporting various vertical activities and directly engaging consumers. Our team is made up of enthusiastic individuals with a desire for progress and development.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the team responsible for Kios retail sales and area growth. You have business and people development skills. This role is important to our success, as we are looking for you to manage these responsibilities. In return, you will grow with us and make a significant impact. You will report to Head, Kios and Merchant Supplies Key Account. You will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Achieve sales targets and increase revenue through field sales teams and multiple channels.
- Develop relationships with Community, SME, Local Government and key partners to secure projects and strategize SME projects.
- Ensure accurate completion of bookings and administrative tasks following company policies.
- Monitor and manage team performance, providing feedback and regular progress reports.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to support business objectives.
- Manage the sales process, ensuring all details are handled.
Qualifications
The Essential Skills You Will Need
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Sales in direct sales with a background in FMCG, Telco, or Tech companies.
- Experience in engaging with community outreach and engagement.
- Experience in Route to Market area planning and preparation.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Experience of the retail sales process, data analysis, and territory management.
