The opportunity
The Audit and Compliance department provides services for the affiliates in the EMEA region. Our main areas covered are: Financial Compliance, SAP Authorization, Travel and Expense, Healthcare Compliance.
In this position you will focus on:

Coordinating complete, stringent and timely T&E related tasks which are in the department's scope

Performing monthly quality checks over tasks performed by the team members

Regular service quality review with main stakeholders (Group and Divisions)

Supporting team members and Roche affiliates in ad hoc T&E compliance related tasks and questions upon requests

Responsible for team's compensation management, including yearly bonus distribution and salary increase

Recruiting and onboarding new comers, identify individual talent and execute retain plan (by identifying career development and learning opportunities)

Coaching and developing the team members, deliver high performing team
Who you are

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance/ Economics)

10 years of working experience in recognized, accounting firm, multinational company's compliance, Finance or internal audit function and a minimum 5 years of people management or leadership experience

Fluency in English

Strong people and change management skills

Strong compliance mindset

Capability of individual decision making
