Execute Regional Strategies by implementing HQ Key Account strategies across regional partner retail stores to align with business objectives and drive sales performance for prepaid and postpaid products within assigned accounts.

Translate Commercial Plans into clear, actionable in-store initiatives to ensure consistent execution and enhance customer experience across assigned partner outlets.

Monitor Modern Trade Operations by monitoring merchandising standards, SIM pack stock availability, and competitor activities within assigned partner outlets to ensure optimal brand presence and competitive advantage. Report findings and escalate issues to management.

Support SIS Partner Operations by providing support to SIS Partner crews on Maxis products and systems, assisting with sales enablement and productivity across assigned outlets.

Coach and manage Partner Stakeholder performance by building and maintaining strong relationships with store-level partner stakeholders to foster effective collaboration and support regional outcomes.

Ensure adherence to processes, standards, and KPIs within assigned accounts, identifying gaps and reporting them to management, and providing performance insights as required.
