We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled Regional IT Support Officer to join our dynamic IT team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure across multiple office locations, delivering exceptional end-user support, maintaining accurate asset records, and upholding security and compliance standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
End-User & Infrastructure Support
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Support regional infrastructure including servers, networks, telephony, and cloud connectivity.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and issue resolution.
- Perform routine system maintenance and assist with hardware deployments.
IT Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets in the IT Asset Management system.
- Track asset lifecycle, warranty status, and ensure secure disposal of retired equipment.
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile physical vs. electronic inventory.
Budget & Procurement Assistance
- Contribute data for budget planning and license renewals.
- Monitor local IT expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage local procurement processes, vendor quotes, and asset receipt.
IT Security & Compliance
- Enforce IT security protocols and ensure systems meet Group and local compliance standards
Regional Business Applications Support
- Conduct Level 1 investigations into business user-reported core system exceptions and client-reported issues across web portals and mobile applications.
Qualifications and Competencies
Experience
- Around 3 years (or more) working in end-user IT support with background and hands-on experience on system and network (firewall) administration
- Bonus points if you’ve handled technical and infrastructure support across multiple office locations
Technical Skills
- Highly skilled in troubleshooting issues that revolves around end-users’ devices, connectivity, applications, etc.
- Proficient on MS Office applications administration and resolving common issues
- Proven experience and mastery of Windows Server management, Active Directory, and Hyper-V, with foundational knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- Practical skill on SQL coding, database schema understanding, scripting tools like PowerShell and python is a definite advantage
IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Demonstrated experience on keeping IT asset inventory with a strong focus on meticulous record-keeping
- Experience with an IT Asset Management (ITAM) solution/tool is a big plus
We need someone who possess the skills, with great behaviour on being proactive and works independently and yet a good team player.
You must be well-versed on written and spoken English, Thai and would be a big plus if you speak French.
