Job Purpose and Impact
The Regional IT/OT Analyst III job maintains and optimizes the organization's infrastructure. With minimal supervision, this job maintains reliable and secure core platforms, including servers, networks and storage systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, leading regular maintenance and implementation of updates to keep systems running smoothly. This job also collaborates with other information technology teams to enable business operations and improve overall system performance.
Key Accountabilities

• SYSTEM MAINTENANCE & UPDATES: Leads regular maintenance and updates on servers, networks, and other infrastructure components to maintain optimal performance and security.
• TROUBLESHOOTING & ISSUE RESOLUTION: Diagnoses and resolves complex technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
• PERFORMANCE MONITORING & OPTIMIZATION: Applies various tools to monitor system performance, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• SECURITY MANAGEMENT: Reviews and validates security measures to protect infrastructure from threats and maintain compliance with organizational policies.
• BACKUP & DISASTER RECOVERY: Develops and maintains backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity in case of system failures.
• COLLABORATION: Partners with internal and external teams to implement service improvements, maintain high level user or customer satisfaction, and share business outcomes through key performance indicators.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with Hyper-V and VMware systems.
• Knowledge of network architecture.
• Experience with infrastructure troubleshooting: including POTS lines, ethernet, and basic electrical.
• Familiar with agile project management.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Minimum of 5 years of information technology and industry work experience
